“You fall in love with Snoop so much you don’t mind losing to him,” McEntire said
Snoop Dogg‘s charm has done it again!
On Monday, Oct. 7, Nashville duo MisterMoon shocked viewers on The Voice when they chose the rapper over Reba McEntire as their coach.
Before their audition to Kacey Musgraves‘ “Deeper Well,” which received chair turns by Snoop and McEntire, the duo said they wanted the “I’m a Survivor” singer as their coach — which is what made their game-time decision that much more of a surprise.
“Y’alls music makes me feel happy, light. I love it so much. When I was on tour with Kelly Clarkson, when she’d sing her song, I’d sing harmony. When I’d sing my song, she’d sing harmony with me because both of us, we’d rather sing harmony than sing lead anytime,” McEntire, 69, told the duo, which consists of Savs and Lea.
