Sean “Diddy” Combs faces serious allegations in a new lawsuit filed in New York, accusing him of drugging and impregnating an unnamed woman over a four-year period starting in fall 2020. This suit claims the abuse continued until July, just months after federal agents searched Combs’ homes in Los Angeles and Miami, and prior to his arrest on charges including racketeering and sex trafficking.
The lawsuit includes shocking accusations that Combs forced the woman into non-consensual sexual encounters and recorded these incidents without her consent, causing her fear, anxiety, and depression. It also claims he manipulated her into submission, infringing upon her autonomy.
The plaintiff’s attorneys, from the firm Napoli Shkolnik, emphasize that powerful individuals in the entertainment industry must be held accountable. They argue that wealth does not shield Combs from facing serious accusations.
The Jane Doe alleges she met Combs during a trip abroad in 2020 and later experienced injuries, including bruising and bite marks, after visiting him in Miami. The suit states she was coerced into ingesting substances containing ketamine, leading to blackouts, and ultimately tested positive for pregnancy.
Additionally, the lawsuit claims that Combs’ ex-girlfriend, Caresha Brownlee, known as Yung Miami, pressured the plaintiff to terminate her pregnancy. Following a miscarriage, the Jane Doe refrained from communication with Combs for several months.
By late 2022, Combs allegedly resumed contact, compelling her to visit him and subjecting her to harassment until she acquiesced. The suit details incidents where she was provided alcohol and substances during visits, resulting in memory loss and injuries.
The lawsuit also outlines a pattern of intimidation, stating that Combs monitored her location and communications, discouraging her from pursuing work and maintaining control over her finances. The plaintiff seeks unspecified damages for her suffering.
Currently, Combs remains in federal custody after being denied bail, as authorities continue to investigate the extensive allegations against him, which include forming a criminal enterprise involved in various violent and exploitative activities. He is being held in isolation at a federal detention center in Brooklyn.
