“A Lifesaving Bond: Police Officer Adopts an Abandoned, Injured Puppy”

Officer Sara Rogers of the Augusta Police Department used to be summoned on July 16 to collect an injured puppy that were abandoned.

 

While officials looked for her owner, she offered the dog to a nearby veterinarian.

Officer Rogers checked at the puppy all over her shift to ensure she used to be alright until Kennebec Humane Society officials arrived.Officer Rogers even had a meal with the dog, and the two of them had formed a deep dating.

 

Rogers knew she had to do further to help this sweet dog. That they had been not at all followed, so she decided on to foster her until she used to be suitable for adoption.

When it were given right here time for her to find a new residing, Rogers may now not let her pass.

Rogers made the choice to handle the dog, which she named Rey after a Celebrity Wars Jedi.
