Zach Wilson is gearing up for a fresh start with the Miami Dolphins, but he isn’t the only one celebrating a big milestone. His fiancée, Nicolette Dellanno, is currently soaking up the sun on her bachelorette getaway in Los Cabos, Mexico.
As Wilson finalizes his one-year, $6 million deal with Miami, Dellanno and her friends are living it up in luxury accommodations, complete with balloons, beachside relaxation, and a nod to her fiancé’s NFL journey.
A Bachelorette Celebration Fit for a Future NFL Wife
Dellanno, who has been engaged to the former New York Jets quarterback since June 2024, gave her 68,000 Instagram followers a glimpse into her lavish bachelorette retreat.
In one stunning post, she lounged in an ivory one-piece swimsuit with gold chain straps, basking in the warm Mexican sun.
But the real eye-catcher of the trip was the decor inside their vacation home. A massive balloon display spelling out ‘Wilson’ adorned the living room, a fitting tribute to the soon-to-be newlyweds.
Balloons seemed to be a recurring theme throughout the celebration, with others reading “Bride & Groom” in the master bedroom. The Dolphins’ signature teal and orange colors also made an appearance in the decor—a not-so-subtle nod to Wilson’s big NFL move.

Wilson’s Rocky NFL Journey Lands Him in Miami
While Dellanno enjoys a carefree getaway, Wilson’s career has been anything but smooth sailing.
The former No. 2 overall pick in the 2021 NFL Draft initially joined the Denver Broncos last season after being traded from the New York Jets. However, he never saw the field in Denver, spending the year as the third-string quarterback behind rookie Bo Nix and backup Jarrett Stidham.
Wilson’s time in New York was equally frustrating. He entered the 2023 season as Aaron Rodgers’ backup, only to be thrust into the starting role when Rodgers tore his Achilles in Week 1. Despite starting 12 games, Wilson struggled to find consistency, throwing for just 2,271 yards with a 23-25 touchdown-to-interception ratio before being benched multiple times for his underwhelming performances.
Now, he’ll have a chance at redemption in Miami, where he signed a one-year deal worth $6 million guaranteed, with incentives that could push his earnings to $10 million.

Wilson & Dellanno: A Love Story That Started in 2022
While Wilson navigates his career reboot, his personal life is steadily on track.
He and Dellanno were first linked in 2022, and two years later, he popped the question in June 2024 with a heartfelt proposal.
“To the love of my life, I never truly understood what love was until I met you,” Wilson wrote in his Instagram announcement. “You’re not just my partner, but my best friend and my everything. I can’t wait to make a lifetime of memories with you, Nic. I love you.”
As Wilson prepares for his new chapter in Miami, Dellanno is soaking up the joy of her final days before marriage—making it clear that both of their futures are looking bright.
